Outside my window… It’s a beautiful day here in Russellville, AR. We are having mild temperatures and everything looks like Spring. Yesterday my son and his family visited with us. We had a wonder time. Adi and Jaxson at our house yesterday.

I am thinking… of Mama. She is 88 and found out today she has congestive heart disease. She will see a specialist soon.

I am thankful…for my home and family. I am blessed with a wonderful husband who is my caregiver now.

I am wearing… a purple top and bottom. My goal is to start dressing nicer and putting on makeup daily. I will be posting daily pictures of myself and my health for a while.

I am creating…a happy home for my husband where he can relax and enjoy life. I have to make my home super organized so I can function better.

I am wondering…how much longer it will be before the Lords return. Our world is so bad right now I can’t see how it can get worse.

I am reading…Things Mother Use To Make By Lydia Maria Gurney. It’s a free ebook on Amazon. Very old recipes and housekeeping hints.

I am hoping…to be put on some medication in a few weeks. My doctors are still evaluating me. I’m having trouble sleeping and a lot of anxiety.

I am learning…how to make a pie crust. That seems strange to some but I have never been able to make a good pie crust.

In my garden…it’s that time of year for preparing flower gardens for new plants. I’m still weeding my flower beds. It’s raining this week so the weeds are easy to pull.

In my kitchen…I cooked sweet potatoes, ham and green beans today. Very tasty and I will enjoy them for supper tonight.

A peek into one of my days…today my granddaughter Tess brought two of her children to visit me. We had a wonderful time.
